Come be part of the best balcony party on the island. It’s so good its not just a party it’s a Zestival! Come join our party and hang out with old friends and meet new friends. You can even buy beads at our bead booth and them to the thousands of passersby from our huge wrap-around balcony!

Zestival is held at the Jockusch Building on 2025 Strand, overlooking the Strand and 21^st streets. We offer 4 different Zestival parties during both weekends of Mardi Gras. This year’s Zestivals are February 21st and 22nd and February 28th and March 1st. Friday events are 6pm-Midnight and Saturdays events are Noon-Midnight. Your ticket to Zestival includes food, open bar, in-house entertainment, and security. Access to the Strand is included with each Zestival ticket.

Beads - You can save time and effort by purchasing throwbeads and receiving them when you check into the party. You can purchase the Bead Bag at a savings of 28%. This bag includes 15 dozen beads of various colors, all 48" in length, a bead bag and a select Krewe theme bead. No ticketing fee will be added to the bead purchase; your total cost for the bead bag is $69.99. A purchase option is available when you check-out with your party tickets.
