ARTIST MUST SUBMIT ARTWORK FOR THE POSTER USING THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
1. Must be sized to work in a poster with overall dimensions of 12” X 18”. Included in
the dimensions must be a banner area of at least 2” at the bottom where contact
information will be noted as follows:Mardi GrasGalveston

2. Art should be vertical (portrait), no landscape submittals will be accepted.
3. All artwork must be capable of being digitally scanned or photographed.
4. All work is to be submitted unsigned.
5. No more than 3 entries per artist.
6. Each entry must have a small envelope taped to the back containing a card with the
following info: Name & Address of Artist, Telephone numbers, & Email
address. If emailed, please put information into the email.
7. Each entry must be accompanied by a completed and signed Release and Entry Form.
8. The Krewe’s logo and slogan should be incorporated into the posterartwork.
